Nigerian RnB singer, Banky W has expressed worry over the display by the Super Eagles at the ongoing FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
The Nigerian team played against their Iranian counterpart and the match ended goalless, a result many Nigerians were unhappy about.
Reacting the game’s outcome, Banky W lamented that, “Super Eagles sha, you go record song for them, before them mix and master finish, dem don book return ticket to come home. I tire.”
His reaction is one of the unpleasant ones expressed by many Nigerians. A fan said on Twitter, “later, same Nigerian players will come and ask us to drink Peak Milk so we can be champions like them. Who is fooling who?”
