Nollywood actress, Clarion Chukwura, has called on the harmonization of other sectors of Nollywood to become one body.

The actress who made this known to Nigeriafilms.com, said that the reason why the industry is having various arms of Nollywood is because some people are deliberately attempting to wipe out history and postulate their contributions as inferior is why they decided to stand on their own.

“The Yorubas began the culture of organized drama groups and dramatic presentation. Apart from Chief Eddie Ugboma, Nigerian Film Makers from 1970 to 1990 were yorubas.”

According to her, for there to be harmony, we need to respect one another. “They know and respect me because I am a member of both worlds. My position will be to dialogue and evolve something new that is all inclusive.”
