May 2011 kicked off with a big bang as comedian AY ushered in the new month with his annual AY LIVE Event. The event which was tagged “Another Invasion” definitely lived up to its billing. On Sunday 1st of May 2011, AY took over the Zinnia Hall of the Eko Hotel & Suites for his exciting night of comedy, music and starpower.
Seyi Law, Princess, Helen Paul and I Go Dye were some of the comedians that rocked the stage along with the host AY. Guests enjoyed standup comedy interspersed with skits, dance and lots of great music provided by A-List musicians including 2Face, 9ice, D’Prince, Skuki and many others.
Nollywood was well represented in the audience as stars including Ini Edo, Uche Jombo, Desmond Elliot, Funke Akindele, Nadia Buari,
Yvonne Nelson, Majid Michel and many more were there to enjoy the show.
