Yomi Fabiyi used Mohbad’s death to seek asylum abroad, Stella Dimoko-Korkus insinuates

Popular blogger, Stella Dimoko-Korkus accused Actor Yomi Fabiyi of using the death of late singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba aka Mohbad to seek asylum abroad.

Recall that the movie star announced recently that he jetted out of Nigeria after escaping an alleged assassination attempt.

In a viral video on his Instagram page, Fabiyi, who says he is currently hiding, disclosed what he described as an alleged plot to waste his life over Mohbad’s case.

“I escaped assassination two days ago, and they still planned to kill me tonight (Tuesday). If they had succeeded, I would have been buried tomorrow. I had to jump on the next available flight because I had been marked for assassination. For the first time in my life, I know they are going to take my life. I have given everything I have to the police. I just want to beg that nothing must happen to the sources I have mentioned,” he said.

Reacting to Fabiyi’s claim, the blogger said it was a trick to seek asylum abroad, dismissing the possibility of an assassination attempt on the actor who has led some protests over Mohbad’s death.

She wrote on Instagram, “Actor Yomi woke up recently and decided to begin the Justiceformohbad movement…he didn’t need anyones help and he did it single-handedly.

“He even went out like Sherlock Holmes to search for clues and Interview people on late Mohbad’s street…..Note that he documented all interviews and scenarios and allegations Online.

“Then he began to plan a march to the Politicians to demand for Justice but lo and behold, it did not hold and your darling actor made a post crying out that he has fled from Nigeria because his life is in danger and some UN-NAMED people threatened his life.

“He also made it known that he has a son he left behind and said categorically that he has filed a complaint with the Police and also said nothing must happen to the witnesses he Interviewed… Brilliant!!!

“Please stop to read and begin to clap slowly for five seconds…

“Say you understand what he did without saying it…..Those of you that have been thinking of how to take a break from your motherland and join those wey don comot…make una see the way.” (sic)
