How I canceled my $6,000 US show for Davido
Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, aka Portable, has blasted his colleague, Davido, for making him cancel a $6,000 show in the the United States back in June.
Portable, who said he was billed to perform at the show added that the reason he terminated the contract was to meet Davido.
He, however, knocked Davido for wasting his time and also reneging on his promise of giving him a feature.
He said, “I was on my own in the United States when Davido called me, saying he wants us to link up. I canceled a $6,000 show to meet him. I still canceled another show in his presence because he promised me a feature but he ended up wasting my time.
“If you want to help me, help me and don’t stress me.”
Portable and Davido fell out after the former publicly accused the latter of giving him “bad advice” during their dinner in the United States.
He had also flayed the DMW boss for giving him a pair of shoes instead of $10,000.
