Yomi Fabiyi agitates for protest to seek justice for Mohbad
Popular actor, Yomi Fabiyi, has called on the public to join a protest he intends to lead to seek justice for late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, known as Mohbad.
In a post he made on his Instagram account, the Nigerian thespian called on his supporters to storm the court on the day of the next coroner inquest into the singer’s death.
This follows recent claims by Karimot, the sister-in-law of the deceased that suggested that Wunmi had a hand in the death of her husband.
Fabiyi, in his post, persuaded his fans to ignore negative voices and focus on their goal, which is to get justice for the late singer.
He wrote, “Let us be united in one voice to achieve this goal and get closure. IGNORE OR DELETE NEGATIVE VIBES, this is social media. Not every comment from accounts should look like authentic public perception or opinion. Some are distractions.”
Fabiyi urged his followers to attend the upcoming coroner inquest with placards to voice their demands, and if no progress is made, to focus on the first anniversary of Mohbad’s death as a future opportunity to continue the call for justice.
He added, “LET’S STORM THE COURT PEACEFULLY AND ATTEND THE NEXT CORONER INQUEST AND PROTEST TO REGISTER OUR DEMANDS on this case. IF NOTHING TANGIBLE IS SEEN OR HEARD, WE FOCUS ON THE DAY OF THE ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY.” (sic)
