Bobrisky to regain freedom August 5
Imprisoned crossdresser Idris Okuneye, also known as Bobrisky, will regain his freedom on Monday, August 5, 2024.
Fans and friends of the controversial crosdresser were anticipating his release on Monday, July 29, but the date has been extended due to an alleged miscalculation.
The development was made known by content creator and social commentator Tosin Silverdam, who reported that the delay was caused by an error in calculating the release date.
Silverdam added that Bobrisky’s team, who arrived to collect him from prison, were informed of the mistake.
Bobrisky, who was sentenced to six months in prison on April 12, 2024, after admitting to Naira abuse, faced disappointment when his release did not proceed as planned.
