Hardship: I have no regrets supporting Tinubu’s presidency – Jide Kosoko
Nollywood veteran actor, Jide Kosoko has declared that President Bola Tinubu has done very well since he assumed office in May 2023.
The thespian said he does not regret voting for Tinubu, explaining that fixing a battered economy isn’t easy.
The actor was asked in a recent interview, “People that voted for Tinubu do you think they should be bullied?”
Kosoko replied, “That is their own business. Their own cup of tea. I am entitled to my opinion. I love the man I voted for. And I know he is doing well.
“He is doing well. If only you know how repairing things are, you will understand that he is doing very well.”
On why he voted for Tinubu, the actor said, “I voted for him because I have known him for a long time. And I have seen quite a lot of his contributions to nation building.
“You cannot even talk about this present democracy that we are all enjoying without saying Tinubu’s name among the people that struggled for us to have it.”
