Nollywood actress, Joke Silva has penned down a loving message to celebrate the 82nd birthday of her husband, legendary actor Olu Jacobs.

In a post she made on her Instagram account, the actress prayed for longetivity of life for her ailing husband.

The post Joke Silva made was a video collage that featured Olu Jacobs at different points in his prime, and at the end, there was a clip of the veteran actor just hanging out in a lounge.

“82 just like that go ….Agba ko ni nira l’agbara Jesu…Happy birthday and.have an amazing year ahead me darling…. Sir J of life @_olujacobs (loving his customized house coat …thanks a mill,” she wrote.

In the last two years, the actor, who dominated a lot of screens in his prime has been battling dementia.

Recently, he was rumoured to have died, but the claim was immediately laid to rest after the actor’s family released a video online where Jacobs was having a haircut.

In the video, he was informed that there are rumours that he had died, to which the actor showed surprise.
