Williams Uchemba warns against get-rich-quick syndrome
Nigerian actor, Williams Uchemba, has warned the young population in the country against the get-rich-quick syndrome.
Uchemba, who is also a comedian was reacting to a video of young men doing avoidable things to get rich.
In a post he made on his social media accounts, the actor posted the video which showed the boys alleged to be ‘Yahoo Plus’ guys, performing voodoo to get clients.
Uchemba, who described the guys as young boys striving to attain quick wealth, condemned the practice among them.
He illuminated the scary consequences that come with such a style of wealth acquisition, noting that the devil makes sure he takes something much more valuable before giving them such wealth.
The actor averred that boys like such are geared towards eternal damnation.
Captioning the post, he wrote, “This is the fastest way to destroy your life.
“When you hear the sins of the fathers that are passed down to their children, this is it. These guys are the fathers and they are creating generational curses for their unborn children.
“In case you are young and looking to follow this path, I have just one thing to say to you, it won’t end well.”
