She further stated that people will be marveled by the time she’s done with her body.

“My body is natural, me wey get bum from 6 years biko just say well done Uriel. I eat well and work out like a beast. I have nothing against surgery. I might do my b-ea-t after having children. Ask about Oputa girls.
Any way, when I’m done with my body una go shout. Ahhh everything natural, Gym girl for life.”
Uriel Oputa, a former Big Brother Naija housemate, has said she had to lose weight to avoid health challenges.
The reality TV star who is known to be busty, has got fans wondering after her new photos shows she have shed lots of fat.
The content creator and chef in an Instagram post on Wednesday, also advised her fans and followers to be attentive to their bodies.
Uriel stated that in order for her children not to go through the same experience she had with her mum, she had to take her health very seriously.
“When you have a family history of high blood pressure, stroke even cancer you make changes.
“(My mum had all 3) I would pick grapes over chocolate. Or better chocolate coated Grapes. I went for a full health check at Mecure..checking Cervical Cancer, my blood, Hepatitis, brain scan, STI, stool everything!!! Everything came back 100% Healthy!! So I’m not losing weight I’m changing my Life .
“I don’t want my children to go through what my brothers and I have passed through with my Mum.
“My old body was fire but I wasn’t healthy can you imagine I had Ovarian cyst for years. (Non cancerous) We checked yesterday its gone.
“There is no perfect weight, I was happy being a size 14/15 but my body needed to be fed differently so I did and I lost weight. You can be healthy in any size but my healthy size ended up being smaller.
“Be attentive to your body even if you don’t follow my recipes.
“Drink more water eat fruits, use good oil ,take gentle walks. Exercise. Reduce stress.”
