Nollywood actor Emmanuel Ehumadu has reacted to the recent consecutive deaths bringing down some great acts in the Nigerian movie industry, noting that it only shows that the actors do not have plans for their future.
Recall that the industry had lost some of her finest thespians to illnesses and bad health conditions in recent times, the likes of Rachel Oniga and Victor Olaotan, as well as some up and coming ones like Stanley Okoro.
Reacting to the deaths in an Instagram post, Emmanuel Ehumadu slammed the older generation of actors saying they only cared about themselves out of selfishness and not about anyone else but today, they can’t take care of themselves. Adding that the Nigerian movie world is a lone world, he then tributed those who have passed on.
“Out of selfishness and greed…Lots of early film makers cared less for anyone else except themselves…today, they can’t even take care of themselves… Nollywood is a Solo race for those of you that don’t know. RIP to all Fallen Entertainers ???“, he captioned.
