Nigerian Nollywood veteran actress Rita Nzelu has suffered the pain that most of her colleagues have been suffering after her marriage is reported to have taken a new twist after 14 years of the union.
Rita Nzelu got married to Simeon Okoro sometimes in 2004 and the marriage has been blessed with some children.
According to a report from ‘Diamond Celebrities’; the 14 year old marriage has crashed as a result of rumors of infidelity, between the beautiful actress and her friend.
She quit acting sometimes ago which she relocated to the United Kingdom to devote her time to her husband and family in other to build a lasting and better marriage.
Rita Nzelu has acted in more than 100 Nollywood movies. In 1990, Rita Nzelu joined the Nigerian movie industry (Nollywood) and acted in her first movie “Living in Bondage” a movie that brought Nollywood to prominence. The movie “Living in Bondage” became a blockbuster and skyrocket her to limelight.
Rita Nzelu in the cause of her acting career has won several awards. She is currently one of the richest and most influential actress in Nigeria with an estimated net worth of $500,000.
