Nigerian Nollywood actress and the CEO of Uchejumbo studios Uche Jumbo Rodriguez has been called out by Nigerian musician Terry Tha Rapman for stealing his slogan.
According to Terry Tha Rapman the TV series of Uche Jumbo Boysarenotsmilling was initially initiated by him and the actress copied it without his consent.
He threatened her saying that she will hear from him, but Uche Jumbo has stood her grounds saying she is the original owner of the name as she was the first to register it with the regulatory agency.
This is the fight between them;
Terry Tha Rapman; “Uche Jombo jacked my slogan. No wahala. We got some’n 4 her. #boyzarenotsmiling #terrypablo.”
In response to this, uche Jumbo replied saying; “This is the last time I will address this. We at @UJstudios take copyright infringement very serious. This business is a serious business please treat it as such. If you have an idea, go and copyright your ideas and work. I have Zero tolerance for stupidity.” Uche fires back.
