Nigerian singer who is based in the United States Speed Darlington is not happy with the organizers of BBNaija after they used his song without his consent or paid for it.
The singer is calling them out that they should not try to milk an independent artiste like him saying he deserves to be paid.
His song was used on the Saturday live show of BBNaija and to show his anger, Speed Darlington has taken to the streets of New York where he carried out his protest.
He shared the video of him protesting and he wrote;
“I hear bbnaija is using bangdadadang and they gave me no money… they’re using my music for free without penny in my pocket. All of you at my palace tonight. I want to know if it’s true that someone is milking independent artist like me? Knowing very well I make no money from music. Anytime you play my music on radio or TV I got to get paid.”
