Following the death and burial of Eucharia Anunobi’s son Raymond Ekwu, the thespian has held a thanksgiving serving today for Raymond’s burial at Fresh Oil Ministry International Church, Lagos. and it was attended by a handful of friends and colleagues.
According to a photograph posted by celebrity journalist Azuka Ogujioba on her social media page Azuka wrote and posted “Today was @euchariaanunobi late son’s thanksgiving service and may Raymond sweet soul continue to rest in peace”.

Faces scene in the pictures with Eucharia are Susan Peters, Jennifer Eliogu, Tricia Asiegbe among other.
The deceased, Raymond Ekwu, died from complications associated with sickle cell anaemia on August 23.
Eucharia married Charles Ekwu in 2000 and the marriage lasted till 2006 before trouble set in. Raymond was the only product of the marriage, which ended in a messy divorce.
She had dragged her ex-husband to court and slammed him with a N100 million lawsuit in 2010. The monetary demand, according to Eucharia, was on the grounds of ‘abandonment, irresponsibility and assault.’
