A few days ago the Nigerian media sphere and the music industry broke into jubilation following the declaration by Dammy Krane that he has been acquitted of all wrong doing in his alleged credit card fraud .

 But today, information from the United State say the court did not acquit Dammy Krane but only said “no action” to allow the prosecutors a window of 180, to present stronger evidence that will indict Dammy Krane of credit card fraud.

A statement obtained from Mr. Konstantin, Tapjets’ Head of flight safety and security, reads: “There is a 180-day delay in bringing full charges. Information from our attorney indicated that his accomplice, Chukwuebuka Ilochonwu, is giving police full cooperation.

This was why they asked for 180 days to bring big charges. So he is not free. Court record says “no action” it does not say “not guilty.”

Now aside being found guilty of the crime, he stands the risqué of being red other charges for lying against the court.

Dammy Krane and his label have not issued any statements towards about the case.

Dammy Krane was arrested in company of another Nigerian, Ilochonwu Chukwuebuka Gabriel in Dade County, Miami and was equally detained for identity theft and spent some days behind in other for his bail condition to be met.© Nigeriafilms.com
