Talented comedian, Omobaba, has urged up and coming humor merchants to forget about trying at all costs to get godfathers to help them become successful.
According to the accomplished comedian, all a young comedian needs to do to get to the top is to conquer his domain and other things would fall in place.
He also noted that asides talent, a person’s character will determine how people associate with them.

“Your behaviour would determine how people would relate with you aside from your talent. This is because the easiest way to lose your personalty is for you to lose your character so if you don’t have that good character people will not associate with you.
As for comedy, this is what I tell people. If you are young in the business and you don’t know anybody in the game, you don’t need to know anybody. Be a force from your place first, be a force in your locality first. The godfather will force himself to associate with you so your talent will speak for you and when your talent speaks for you people will wanna associate with you. When people associate with you, you now need that your character to keep those people around,” Omobaba told Hip TV in a chat.
