Controversial singer, Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, has pooh poohed reports that he has been banned from performing in the United States for owing a show promoter a large amount of money.

The singer according to the reports in several National newspapers was banned from doing any show in Donald Trump’s country by a US court for owing the New York based promoter $25,000.

But Burna Boy says the reports are all lies and would want his fans to pay no attention to them. He made the assertion when he reacted to a tweet inquiring about the truth of the matter.

Meanwhile, the singer was honoured recently by the University of Uyo, where he was awarded as the most students friendly artiste in Nigera.
