It was reported that a 400L female student of Kwara State, Miriam, refused to date Idrees who is also a final year student and is interested in her, and got beaten up by Idrees’ friend,Omobolaji Ogundepo, who we would say is the witness crying more than the bereaved.

She is asking for help and for justice to take place as she has reported to the University and nothing was done because the culprit has some kind of influence in the school.

At present, Omobolaji is at large and has not been seen by Miriam since after the assault he gave to her on the 8th of May, 2017. Idrees claimed not to know where Omobolaji is when he was asked by Miriam.

Omobalaji aka Bolojay had taken things too far. To be a girlfriend to a man should be a choice to make out of the girl’s own convenience. Why should she then be beaten up for not accepting his friend’s proposal? Bolojay obviously has nothing to do with this matter.

The question is, did Idreez ask him to do that or did he have a personal issue with Miriam?

We hope that in no distant time Omobolaji would be apprehended by the police.
