This is so sad as we report the death of a 25 year old Nigerian Youth Corps member,Miss Charity Wadzani Thilza,who is supposed to pass out from the NYSC scheme today May 4th has been shot dead by some armed robbers in Abuja on Monday May 1st.
According to reports,Charity who we found out is from Borno state,had gone to a night club where singer sensational artise Phyno performed and was returning home in company of 3 friends and a man when they were being attacked by the robbers.
The armed robbers chased their vehicle,shooting voraciously at it to force the driver to stop and in the process Charity was shot.The robbers stopped the hot chase when they discovered that their victims were heading towards a police station. Charity was then rushed to the hospital but was rejected by the medical staff members.
Sadly,Miss Charity is said to be the first child of her parents.She served at the Nigeria Civil Defence Corps in Abuja and was hoping to continue working with the agency after her NYSC Programme.really sad…May her soul rest in peace.
