Ghana’s A-list rapper whose love for Nigerian mix-up is public knowledge, Michael Owusu Addo, popularly known as Sarkodie, has disclosed that preparations are far advanced for him to get married to his long time girlfriend Tracy Ewuraama Addo.
An excited Sarkodie revealed in reports on Ghanaian local media that things are moving on well for him and that sooner than later his numerous fans and the whole world will hear the wedding bells. In his words: “They say behind every successful man comes a successful woman and I’m now at the point of my life when I’m ready to get married, and that is what I am looking for in a relationship because I feel the desire to settle down”
According to reports, Sarkodie and Tracy go way back, their love story starting from when money was not even in the picture. To buttress this fact, the rapper particularly dedicated a single off his new efforts to her, titled Just In Case. In the track he talks about how they met and how much he loves her.
The lovebirds welcomed a baby, Adalyn Owusu Addo fondly called Titi, on March 28 llast year. Since then, speculations of a formal wedding to cement their love have been rife in the social media. Hopefully, Sarkodie’s annoucement lays all of that to rest now. Soon, he said? We’ll be watching.
