The family of Rev Kola Oluwarinde has continued to thank God and CLAM after he successfully underwent a complex brain surgery last week at CLAM Soteria Maternity & Hospital, Lagos, Nigeria. The Hospital was established by the Christ Living spring Apostolic Ministry (CLAM) in June 2015.

Rev Oluwarinde went into coma last week and was rushed to CLAM Soteria Hospital. An MRI was done and the diagnosis was that he had Sub-acute Subdural Haematoma (collection of blood between the brain and the skull). He was immediately rushed to the Theatre inside the hospital and a consultant neurosurgeon performed a successful three-hour surgery.

Less than 48 hours after the Surgery, Rev. Oluwarinde started using his hands and legs, and has been recuperating progressively. He is now due for discharge. Dr Mrs Moyosore Makinde, the Chief Medical Director of the Hospital thanked Pastor Wole Oladiyun, the Senior Pastor of CLAM, for giving the Hospital all the necessary support. According to her, the Hospital is well equipped with modern equipment.

In an interview, Rev Oluwarinde said it could only be God. “I was brought in unconscious and I did not know anything until I came around after the surgery. The last thing I knew was that Pastor Wole Oladiyun had arranged an ambulance to come and evacuate me. I want to give all the glory to God. I thank Pastor Oladiyun for the vision of this world-class hospital”.

Pastor Oladiyun thanked God for the inspiration behind CLAM Soteria & Maternity Hospital. He disclosed that it was pure divine intervention that saved the life of Rev Oluwarinde. Interestingly, Rev Oluwarinde was the man who said the foundation prayers on April 2, 1998 when CLAM was inaugurated. 20 years later, his life was saved by the Hospital set up by the Church he helped to birth.

Since the commissioning of the facility on the 13th of June, 2015, the hospital has received great reviews and testimonies from patients and the general public alike, who tour the medical facility constantly. Generous accolades have also been given to the Board of Trustees and Senior Pastor of Christ Livingspring Apostolic Ministry (CLAM).
