But, her story drew my attention to a lot of things, I am not a fanatic fan of any of the artistes, when they do their jobs well, I give them kudos, just like a good teacher, trader, doctor, lawyer, nurse, hair stylist etc. The only different is that they stood out in the crowd. One I want to point out is how we online readers allow these faceless writers to make use of our brains, we are blessed with wonderful brains and we can tell them that. During Mercy's controversial wedding, we read she was pregnant, so she couldn't call off the wedding, then we read again, she showed her money her saturated pad to prove she is not pregnant, we also thereaftewr read her in-laws are mounting pressures on her to get pregnant, that she is obviously pregnant, still news. All these I read on NFC only on one person?. I remember how she(Mercy) was criticized that time for getting pregnant before wedding, but one person really made a good comment then, 'lets wait for 9 months'. Today is over a year.
Why I said they use our brains, one will still in the comfort of his house or cybercafe, fabricates one story and soon it goes viral, and I who have never seen any of this artiste physically will support their lies or rumours. Stella Damasus sleeps with everyman that comes in her way, I will support claiming she slept with my brother, father, son, in-law etc, who have come out before to say, 'yes I am so and so and I slept with Stella'.Is it Genevive, Ini, Omotola, Chika etc, we all know them more than they know themselves. When they give us all these stories we swallow them whole without trying to think first. I recalled when we read here too, that Mercy slapped a crew mamber and broke her BB, it was so bad but had it been that girl went away with the footage of that romantic scene from a movie, posted it online, waoh1, it would have made history MERCY JOHSON OKOGIE FOUND SLEEPING WITH ANOTHER MAN. With a video prove and many will claim it happened in their houses, hotels or even the male in question was their brother, friend, cousin etc. As we celebrate with Mercy lets bear in mind, they are human like us not extraordinary and not immune to sin and that we have good brains and can make use of them. Lets us read, think through the story and comment. love the quietness and reseverness of Mr Okojie. He is a true gentle man. Mercy you now look more beautiful. I pray that Ini gets pregnant soon.
