The prolific script writer cum movie producer, Vivian Ejike, might not have won a million laurel for one of her flicks, Silent Scandals but for the record, the movie is of international standard in terms of clarity, story line, casting, choice of locations and what have you. The self-style woman of essence, La Viv, as vivian is fondly called, no doubt, remains one of the best movie producers Nollywood has ever presented. The movie features movie idols like Genevieve Nnaji, Ebele Okaro Onyiuke, Uche Jombo, Majid Michel etc, it's a part 1 and 2, the usual style in Nollywood but recently, one of the industry watchers, on advisory note, said that, that there are some mysteries Vivian still needs to unravel about the film. "Though it's full of suspense but there is need for us to know how Jessy (genevioeve) was able to concealed the paternity of Neto's (Majid) baby without the knowledge of Ella (Chelsea). The story is good but it has dotted lines to be filled. Coming out with a sequel to Silent Scandals will be more interesting, I can't wait to know what happens next" If Vivian is ready this, her urgent attention is needed on the subject matter, I hope she will look into it as soon as she can.

Anyways, many West African movie producers have a lot to learn from Vivian...not just in terms of professionalism, but also in terms of the diversity of her work, quality of movie and story lines. Many of them keeps releasing mediocre movies with ridiculous titles such as Obama Babes, Beyonce & Rihanna, etc. Why not have movies that portrays the lives on Nollywood stars instead? The industry is too big, rich, famous and influential to continue with such mediocre claptrap. In regards to this movie, Silent Scandals is one of the finest movies in Nollywood today and I'm looking forward to the concluding part. There wasn't any melodramatic scenes in it, the cast was superb and talented, the chemistry among the stars were believable & natural and the story line was juicy (just the way I like it). Last but not least, I'm hoping that some of the film makers out there will bring back oldies/classics such as Taboo, Living in Bondage, Things Fall Apart and so on. Movies like that defined Nollywood and made it the respected landmark it is today; so it'll be good for the industry and the country to start making more movies like that. If not, I'll do it myself!
