Few weeks ago, reports went round about a fight between veteran Nollywood actors, Dele Odule and Yinka Quadri as they reportedly had a hot altercation because of sultry Yoruba actress, Bisi Komolafe. It was reported that Dele Odule told Bisi he was more educated than her and Yinka Quadri, who is her boss.

This, sources maintained, got to Yinka Quadri through Bisi, who had called Yinka to inform him about the insult meted out on him by the Oru-Ijebu born actor, Dele.

So, when Dele later called Yinka to report to him what his protégé, Bisi had done to him, Yinka reportedly lashed out at Dele for calling him an illiterate and confronted him on phone of being a hypocrite.

This, sources revealed, resulted into a hot argument, over the phone, between the two big guns in the Yoruba film industry.

In an interview with Goldmyne TV after the incident, Bisi narrated what actually happened between her, Dele and Yinka.

According to Bisi, Dele had called her to produce her tally or leave the movie set they were shooting in Oyo State. Confused at this request, Bisi said she told Dele that she was not given any tally, which she said was never asked during the shooting of her previous engagements.

This, as Bisi narrated, was resolved by the movie producer, who prevailed on Dele to let her be as nobody on the movie set had any tally.

Bisi said, “He said if he had his way, he would make sure acting becomes my past. I asked what I have done to him because this (acting) is what I do for a living and why he would want to do that to me.

“He started blabbing. I wanted to react but I kept quiet. After that, I asked him if he was done, he said ‘yes.’ Then, I left him. He later called the President of ANTP, Uncle Jide Kosoko to report me to him. He said he wasn’t going to work with me again and he made sure he didn’t act with me on the movie set, which featured Yomi Fash-Lanso, Peju Ogunmola and others.”

Bisi then said she does not know what wrong she has done to Dele for singling her out of many others on that set for the tally.
