Despite the warnings and campaigns against pirates, two suspected home video pirates who didn't obey the law and desist from the criminal act, on Wednesday apprehended in Abeokuta, the Ogun State Capital, with three Ghana-Must-Go bags of pirated films. The suspects, Chukwu Emeka and Emeka Eze, were caught by the Association of Nigerian theatre Practitioners( ANTP), Ogun State Chapter, during a street protest against activities of pirates at Lafenwa area of the town. The men were taken to Ibara Police station in the town for further investigations. One of the suspects, Mr. Eze, resident of Kobiti area of the town, confessed that the fake productions were bought in Alaba market, Lagos When press peole visited the police station, the suspects were behind the counter and were being interrogated by the authorities. They'er the reason why alot of actors and actresses remains poor till tomorrow or better still his kingdom come because their proceed is been enjoyed by lazy pirates (igbo), making it difficult for them (producer) to be who they really are. They want to own more than the provider, always trying to know the source of the provision and rob it off the owner even to kill the originator means nothing to them. They manipulate things mindlessly good or bad they don't give a f**k how much damage it cost the original owner of the project. That's why they even go as far as killing for ritual all in the name of huge hot money that would envetually kill them in entirety. I pray God destroy all these destructive pirates called igbos.
