Yes, everybody has an accent! In the United kingdom (England, Wales,Scotland,and Northern Ireland), and throughout the world,it's only the English (England) that speak Queen's English or BBC English (received pronunciation). And even in London(England)though,you have to live there for some time to understand their dialect,Cockney or multicultural London English!
