BBC Radio 1's Hackney Weekend - a music festival run by BBC Radio 1 kicked off on Saturday night. Dbanj joined by Ikechuckwu and Kswitch wowed the crowds at Hackney Marshes with 6 tracks. He began with "Ogbono feli feli" a track off 'The entertainer' album. He later performed Olorun maje, igwe, scapegoat, suddenly, and Oliver twist.
Jay-Z, Rihanna, Leona lewis, Kanye West, and Nicki Minaj are among the acts that played at the two-day event which had more than 50,000 audience

Now that was a great performance. He sang live, unlike Wizkid who came and did a playback,lip-singing in one small corner you can't even call a stage.This is international standard.Great job D'banj!
