Uche Jombo
Top Nollywood actress, Uche Jombo, who recently got married to her Puerto Rican husband, Kenney Rodriguez, may have tried to silent her many critics over the secrecy involved in her wedding on Wednesday, May 16, 2012. The role-interpreter has been heavily criticised by some sections of her fans over the inability of them to see pictures from her wedding ceremony, which she did over a month ago in a private beach in the United States of America. When she arrived the country some weeks ago, many of her fans had expected Uche to return with her hubby but they were disappointed that she returned to Nigeria alone without Kenney. This has caused some hush tones among some of her colleagues, fans and others. They believe that there was more to the secrecy in her wedding than meet the eyes. Some have rumoured that the wedding may have been done for some reasons best known to Uche alone. A picture of the supposed husband shows that Uche married a younger lover. There are reports that WOW magazine exclusively bought Uche Jombo’s wedding pictures and the pictures would be released in their next edition, which no one knows when. To prove to some of her critics wrong, Uche stormed the recently concluded Nollywood Movies Awards (NMA) held at The Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos on Saturday, June 2, 2012. She posed for a photo-shoot and flaunted her 'supposed' wedding ring.
