But, one thing is certain-people who go under the knife have insecurities about the way they look! And seeing beautiful women who have been airbrushed to perfection don't help either...they make them become depressed about their own bodies and surgery becomes a desirable way to correct their imperfections!. But, you can't make someone beautiful, you can only tinker with what is already there. And still, there will always be people better looking, more intelligent, more successful and so on. So my advice is this, accept that you are in the middle somehow...and stick to what you have instead of comparing yourself with other people.
